About Your Appointment

To avoid feeling rushed or stressed, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Arriving late will limit the time of your service, since your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest’s scheduled appointment. The full value of your treatment will apply.

To make sure that we take the best care of your skin, we will ask some general questions regarding your personal skin care concerns and medical conditions. Your honesty is important so that we can protect your health and safety. For example, it can be harmful to receive certain spa treatments if you have recently used exfoliants (prescribed or over-the-counter).

As with any cosmetic procedure, the treatment goal is aesthetic improvement, not perfection. The number of treatments needed will vary between individuals and between different areas of the body. Many factors, including skin color, hormonal activity, internal conditions, and other influences, may affect the effectiveness of treatments. A consultation is always recommended to address your cares and concerns and to help us best serve your needs.

Cancellations and No Shows:

A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. The credit card used to reserve the appointment will be charged in the event of a no show, or a cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time. A $35 fee will be assessed for aesthetic services, and a $100 fee will be assessed for injectables, permanent make up, laser and RF treatments that have a cancellation of less than 24 hours or a no show.

Payment Methods, Refunds, and Exchanges:

We accept cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. There is a 2.99% fee added to any purchase made with debit or credit cards.

Returns or exchanges of unopened products are accepted within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by a receipt. Check purchases must wait until 10 days after purchase date before returning.

Gift certificates expire 1 year after the purchase date and are not redeemable for cash.

Gratuities are never expected, but greatly appreciated.

Children, Belongings, and Phones:

Please ensure the safety of your own personal belongings.

Please silence your phone during your appointment.

To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make arrangements for child care while they are receiving services.
